You have to break free of all the subconscious strategies, limiting beliefs, and internal blocks that cause you to continually stall out, self-sabotage, and choose safe (aka “small”) over going for more.

Hi! I’m Stephenie Zamora, and purpose is my purpose.

I’ve been running a digital media and production company, publishing house, and full-service life-purpose development, branding, and online marketing boutique for the last decade.

By merging the worlds of personal development, digital media, branding, and strategic consulting, I’ve helped individuals and organizations create change in the world by honing their unique gifts and contributions, aligning their lives and work in the process.

I work with people who are struggling to rise up and come back in the aftermath of challenging chapters and big life transitions; passionate individuals looking to become profitable entrepreneurs by building businesses around their callings; as well as thought leaders and organizations looking to step into the next level by expanding their reach, bringing in more qualified leads, and making a greater impact, all while increasing their bottom line.

Acupressure is a simple and powerful energy practice that allows you to easily disrupt and remove limiting beliefs, blocks, fears, stressors, and even past traumas that may be getting in the way of what you desire. We work with the brain’s vision center and clear any old or outdated information, heal and release stuck emotions and limiting beliefs, and begin to rewire your thought process, feelings, and patterns—all while sitting around doing a simple and relaxing exercise!

Deep Dive Process Work:

These sessions are much like a guided visualization, only we’re venturing into the depths of your heart, soul, brain, and body

This work focuses on clearing out trauma, grief, stored memories, and stuck emotions on a cellular level. We can often accomplish more than years of therapy in a single process while also giving you relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, and physical ailments that slow you down.

When we’re doing the work to heal, grow, and level-up, there’s always something that feels impossible.

We have to continually move between the five stages of making the impossible possible, and this is something I’ve studied and lived for the last several years. It’s been such a central focus that it’s second-nature for me to reassess where I’m at and where I’m feeling stuck based on the stages of this matrix! And, it’s one thing my clients love having access to in our work together—the key reminders and vital reframes that allow you to quickly and easily drop back into this way of being, get unstuck, and create exponential results.

Journey Mapping is my renowned process for navigating the journey’s we’re walking.

How we make sense of them, find meaning within them, and grow because of them. The coaching, lessons, practices, and exercises I’ve created are designed to help you identify where you’re at in the process, so you move through the stages with far more grace and ease—transform your life and step into what comes next on your terms.

A Trauma-Informed Body of Work:

I've experienced trauma and PTSD from sudden loss and abuse, and have studied it for several years. In doing so while navigating my own healing, I formed a very intimate understanding of how trauma plays a role (or gets in the way of) our growth and healing.

Everyone has trauma. I firmly believe that much of our "normal life" is a trauma. Childhood, even seemingly happy and healthy ones, cause trauma. The education system causes trauma. Living, loving, and losing in this human experience causes trauma. As does abuse, violence, assault, control, and emotional manipulation. And when we have trauma—which we all do—it hinders our ability to create what we want in ways that aren't always obvious (like not being able to write copy or freezing when big opportunities show up!)

With trauma, the work isn't "mind over matter" or just "do the things!" There are often more steps to the process of living your purpose. It's not impossible... in fact, our trauma often informs our purpose! But it's essential to be doing work in a trauma-informed space so that you're not further traumatized by being pushed in ways that don't ultimately serve you our your highest good.
