I’ve always been a strategic planner.
With the exception of when my brain stopped working and I had to go into survival mode for a little while there.
But strategic planning is something that’s become even more important and essential as I start moving to the next level, working to ‘make the impossible happen’ in my business and with the impact I want my body of work to have. We’re launching two books, new group offerings, a podcast, and redoing my Journey Mapping program, all while ensuring the content foundation we’ve put in place continues to stay on track.
Phew! It’s a lot.
Thankfully I have a great team, a clear plan, and I know what works best for me and my business.
