This work is so critical (and so misunderstood) that it’s one of the most important aspects of the work I do with my clients, regardless of their goals. Without understanding, unpacking, and re-patterning these components of ourselves and the way we engage with the world, we can only ever get so far.

Our winning strategy inherently reinforces the idea that some things are possible and others are not. So anytime we try to go for what feels outside of our reach, we will inevitably believe it’s impossible because our strategy doesn’t support it. And when it seems like we can’t have what we want, we immediately activate our old strategies to produce safety, security, and success in the ways we know we can—reinforcing and locking in the endless cycle.
