Around Here

Around here, the reservoir bed swallowed me up like a couple of muddy knee-high boots, I played chicken with a gaggle of geese and lost, and I set a goal to swim in as many bodies of water as possible before it gets too cold.

Around here, I got started on that goal by hitting my second lake of the week! I splish-splashed around one of my favorite spots, talked life and love with an incredible human, and somehow managed to sunburn my knees.

Around here, I played at the county fair with a new friend, hung out in the VIP area for the rodeo, and got caught in a beautifully refreshing thunderstorm.

Around here, I hugged a dear friend I haven’t seen in at least a year, enjoyed the spectacular golf course views, and remembered just how much I love the sweet humans in my life. Grateful for the way they love me too.

Around here, I’m putting together new offerings, changing up my marketing, and am so excited about the body of work I’m getting ready to roll out later this year.

Around here, I celebrated ten years with this little love of my life. He was a tiny airhead when we first got him, but now he’s a loving and intelligent love bug.

Around here, I’m feeling grateful for all the new people and experiences I’ve been having lately. New adventures and sweet souls are helping remind me of who I am and the life I want to live. Grateful for the magical moments and memories.

Around here, I enjoyed gorgeous views and great conversations at the grill on “the links” with a couple of sweet souls I haven’t seen in far too long. We dropped deep, cracked jokes, and there were hugs all around. I love my people.
