For All Who Have Loved and Lost

January 7, 2020

If you’ve been following me here for a while, you know I talk about things many would rather not. Healing. Grief. Trauma. PTSD. You know, just the usual unpleasant things making most people in the room go silent with discomfort.

But I want you to know that TheUnravelBook was never written with the idea that only those who’ve suffered through a great loss can make use out of it.

Unravel is for everyone who loved and lost at some point.
Unravel is for everyone who’s feeling lost and hopeless right now.
Unravel is for everyone who’s a little disoriented inside their own life, work, or relationships.
Unravel is for those who know there has to be more to life than what they live now.
And Unravel is for anyone loving someone going through a hard time.

You don’t need to hit rock bottom to start rising up and coming back (and besides, rock bottom isn’t even the hardest part.) You can begin the work of uncovering the purpose of your path, no matter where you’re at or what you’re walking through.

As long as you’re willing to put in the work, I promise you’ll end up at the right spot.
