Rebirth Always Comes

Rebirth always comes.

That doesn’t mean it’s not incredibly painful and wildly unnerving as we sit in the ashes of what used to be, waiting in mourning for what’s coming next. It doesn’t mean we don’t feel lost, confused, or turned inside out as we fight to find our footing again.

It can be exciting and exhilarating right alongside heartbreakingly hard.

Rebirth always comes.

Maybe it doesn’t look like we thought it should, if we can even imagine that to begin with, but that doesn’t mean it’s not still breathtaking and beautiful.

Maybe it takes more time than we want to figure out who we’re becoming in relation to everything around us, but that doesn’t mean it’s not still right and aligned.

Rebirth is messy.

It’s challenging and exhausting.
Filled with endless unknowns.
But we always get through it.

As long as we choose to keep showing up and leaning into what’s next. As long as we’re willing to sit in the messy middle and the discomfort that comes with it.

Rebirth always comes.

Tend to your heart and take your time as it does, but keep leaning in.
