There were several reasons behind my move to the mountains last fall, one of which was to step more fully into who I’m here to be and the work I’m here to do… I always knew being more immersed in nature was a part of that. For myself and my healing, for the ones I’m here to serve, and for the greater body of work I’m creating.
Nature is healing and wise.
It’s all things beautiful.
Most importantly, it allows space for the answers to flow from within.
Maybe you need this nudge today, too:
Take your questions to the trail.
Take them outside and into nature, where all is quiet and peaceful.
Take them where nobody else can try to answer them.
Take them so far away you’re not tempted to ask.
Take them as far as is needed for the answers to flow.
Nature activates something deep within us, our desire to connect with truth and source. Our longing to understand the world around us and where we fit inside it. Our craving to truly come alive. It asks us to slow down, to be present, to breathe. It’s our most precious resource and wisest teacher.
Nature will bring you home to yourself and help you find what you are seeking, that I know for sure.
