Of course you don’t know what you’re doing when stepping into a new way of being… it’s new. Of course everything feels chaotic and challenging and upside down… it’s all different now. Of course you feel like you’re being stretched beyond your limits, pushed beyond your edges… it’s shifting all parts of you… and the world around you is also shifting to reflect what’s transformed inside.

Confusion is par for the course.

You’re not supposed to *know* what you’re doing, you’re simply supposed to lean in with an open heart. To trust yourself and your intuitive nudges. To ask for help and support and guidance as you need it. To stay as rooted in yourself as possible as the ground shifts beneath your feet. Everything else will be revealed when the time is right.

Let go of the need to be in control, surrender to the process, stay open and keep leaning in… you’ll find your footing soon enough.
