Everything that’s done is done, and everyone who’s gone is gone. There are no do-overs, no going back to course correct. Regrets can be nothing more than bits of information to make different choices down the road. To choose better. To be more. To leave nothing left unsaid with the ones we love.

It’s okay to remember and reminisce… but don’t get lost in “the good ol’ days” or “the way things used to be.” There’s only right now. This moment and the next. And the only way to make the most of these moments is to be in them. Fully, completely, and with deep presence. Be here now, and keep facing forward towards what you want to create.
