To your life.
To your past.
To your future.

Before you decide someone’s advice is worth your time and energy, double-check with your gut and your heart.

Your brain will try and rationalize your decision but your gut knows better.

Yes, it may have worked for another person.
Yes, it may be right for a different experience.
Yes, it may have changed someone else’s life.

But if it ultimately doesn’t FEEL right… then you’re probably off better with something else. Something that feels aligned for YOU.
