What to Do When You Feel Out of Place in Relationships

January 23, 2020

If you feel out of place with the people in your life, there are two things to consider:

  1. You’re with the wrong people.
  2. You’re not willing to show up FULLY and COMPLETELY so that you can be met more deeply.

If you’re surrounded by people, and yet, you feel like the loneliest creature to have ever walked this planet… that’s an invitation to do something about it rather than just continuing to tell yourself the story that you “don’t belong” (and believe me, I know this story well).

I know it sometimes feels impossible to see yourself as a happy and fulfilled person who is surrounded by amazing souls that love and support you for exactly who you are… but it’s 100% possible. But, you can only create an outer circle of support when you’ve created an inner connection with yourself FIRST.

Not sure how to get started?

Tune into your emotions for guidance – they are your compass. Listen to your body – it speaks to you daily. Wake up your gut – it’s your secret weapon.

The more connected you are to YOU, the sooner you’ll be able to express that truth outside yourself so that you can build those beautiful connections you seek—OR find the strength to leave the relationships that aren’t aligned.
