Change VS Transformation

September 16, 2020

Do you know the difference between change and transformation? They seem like the same thing, but they’re not.

✨ Change is usually incremental and builds upon what we’re already doing, as well as what we already believe is possible.

✨ Transformation is massive, deep-rooted, and completely shifts and up-levels our life, relationships, contribution, and experience.

Put most simply, when you focus on incremental improvement and change within the realm of what feels possible based on what you’ve experienced to date… well, nothing extraordinary happens. But when you alter your way of being in the world and the results or outcomes you’re capable of producing,… now, that’s transformation!

That’s when the magic happens!

You transform your beliefs.
You transform your actions.
You transform your life.

The tricky part is… a transformation often requires you to go through a fair share of discomfort and even heartache, because it requires a good amount of death and rebirth. It’s necessary for true growth, healing, and transformation.

So, when presented with something that feels challenging and impossible, ask yourself, “How can I ALLOW this to transform me? What am I willing to give up for it? What aspects of my life and myself am I willing to release to step into something totally new and different?”

I think you’ll be pleased with the results.
